Management Training


Our tool: Integrative process®, a pedagogical method which is particularly operational.

It is the result of five years’ work and gathers tools from Systemics, Transactional Analysis, NLP and Coaching.

Built in an empirical way, it sets the trainee as the main actor of his/her training.

It has the specificity to favour the awareness, the reduction of gaps in skills and the reaching of operational objectives.

Our in-house offer:

Experience has shown us that to be particularly efficient and operational, an in-house training must:

-    Answer a concise pedagogical goal and thus, not to be too wide,
-    Give operational tools to the trainees,
-    Be built upon the requirements and needs of the group in training; it can therefore change according to individual and collective requirements which vary from one group to another,
-    Be lead by a teacher specialized in the taught field, according his/her professional experience and his own consultant path.
